Job Description
You will join the Project & Development Services (PDS) team, which assists property owners, users, and investors in executing complex real estate and premises projects. Your responsibilities include managing projects from start to finish and supporting clients in decisions related to real estate, premises, and investments. Your clients will include both property owners and user organizations. The role emphasizes understanding the business, technical, and user-oriented goals of projects and representing the client during the project. As Project Director, you will actively participate in developing client relationships and identifying new assignments. You will leverage your network, build long-term client relationships, and mentor junior team members. We expect from you about 10 years of experience in project management of real estate or premises projects in consulting or construction management roles, RAP or RAPS certification, experience managing complex projects and working with various stakeholders, understanding of technical aspects of real estate and premises projects, experience working in client-facing roles and building long-term client relationships, and strong negotiation skills in Finnish and English. Additional advantages include strong networks with property owners, user organizations, or other real estate sector actors, experience acquiring new assignments and developing business, experience with technical due diligence, real estate development, or investment projects, relevant technical university degree, and Swedish language skills.
