We are looking for a flexible, motivated, and skilled Shift Supervisor for our club restaurant during the summer season 2026. The role includes managing lunch buffets as well as fine dining and à la carte services. You have an interest and expertise in creating and producing customer-oriented menus in collaboration with the restaurant manager and independently. You lead the team efficiently and develop the restaurant's operations responsibly in partnership with your team. You prepare tasty lunch dishes, manage raw material usage, and ensure food quality. You are capable of developing operations and always serve with professionalism and quality. Your tasks also include participating in raw material ordering, self-monitoring, and some dishwashing. Antell Kurk Bistro is located in a beautiful and cozy golf course environment and serves as a meeting place for players during and after games. We hope you have the appropriate education and experience in similar roles and raw material ordering. You are eager to develop, innovative, and courageous—a versatile professional in the restaurant industry with a passion for cooking with heart. You create nutritious, tasty, and visually appealing lunches. You work as part of a skilled team, possess good teamwork skills, can organize work efficiently, and react quickly to changing situations. You are accustomed to using systems in your work.
