Job Description
The role involves partnering with enterprise customers to scope and implement AI Agent use cases across complex workflows, integrating IFSLoops’ platform with customer systems, tuning agent behavior for measurable outcomes such as lower costs and increased efficiency, troubleshooting deployments, and collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams. The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or ML deployment, proficiency in Python and JavaScript, knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, and experience with enterprise tool ecosystems. The role requires strong communication skills and prior experience with enterprise AI platforms or multi-agent orchestration. The position is full-time and onsite, based in Pune, India.
