Compliance Assistant Are you looking for a versatile role where you can keep the strings in your hands and ensure smooth cooperation with network partners? We are seeking a Compliance Assistant for our client, Sata Shipbuilding Oy, at the Mäntyluoto shipyard in Pori. About the role As a Compliance Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing inspections related to compliance requirements of network partners. The work includes reviewing documentation, checking information related to access permits, and ensuring smooth onboarding (transition) of network partners. You will actively work with various stakeholders to ensure that processes progress on schedule and in accordance with requirements. In your daily work, you will manage multiple concurrent tasks and ensure that no important detail is overlooked. Your tasks include Reviewing documents related to compliance of network partners Conducting inspections related to access permits and rights Coordinating onboarding and transition processes of network partners Communicating with network partners and internal stakeholders Monitoring, documenting, and continuously developing processes Ensuring that required documents, reports, and approvals are in order What we expect from you Suitable higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent) Experience in administrative, coordinating, or process management tasks Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Precise and systematic work approach Good communication skills in Finnish and English We especially value A firm and proactive work attitude Good verbal skills and ability to communicate clearly in various situations Experience with compliance, auditing, documentation, or access rights processes Ability to see tasks through to completion What we offer A versatile and responsible role in a growing environment Opportunity to develop your skills in compliance and partner management Support from a friendly and professional team Competitive salary, approximately €2,800/month SATA Shipbuilding Oy offers you a permanent position in a growing and developing company.
