Unit Manager - UV Unlimited Oy - Heinola, Finland

UV Unlimited Oy is seeking a capable and motivated unit manager for our new service home in Heinola. We are looking for a supervisor who wants to develop high-quality housing services for the elderly together with staff and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the unit, personnel management, service quality, customer orientation, and achieving operational goals. Your responsibilities include operational management of the unit, supervisory work and scheduling of staff, customer and property cooperation, development of service quality, safety, and self-monitoring, monitoring of finances and resources, collaboration with authorities and partners. We expect from you relevant higher education degree in social or health care, experience in supervisory or management roles, good knowledge of legislation and social services, organizational skills and goal-oriented work approach, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
