Behind our technical teams is a talented group of business professionals who keep Eficode running smoothly, and our Finance team plays a key role in supporting our continued international growth. Take ownership of the day-to-day accounting for our Germany and Switzerland entities, managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and the month-end close. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our financial records are accurate, compliant and delivered on time to support group reporting. Your main responsibilities will include managing the accounts payable process, overseeing the accounts receivable function, supporting the month-end close, carrying out bank, balance sheet and ledger reconciliations, ensuring compliance with local accounting and tax regulations, contributing to VAT filings, audits, year-end activities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and providing finance administration support. You should have a qualification in accounting, finance or a related field, around 3–5 years of experience, a solid understanding of German accounting principles (HGB) and VAT regulations (USt), experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus), strong Excel skills, fluent German and business-level English, and be highly organized. Nice to have skills include knowledge of German payroll accounting, Swiss accounting, experience with NetSuite, and working in an international environment.
