We are now looking for Project Coordinator to join the temporary traffic arrangements project and planning team in Helsinki! As a Project Coordinator, you will be an important part of the daily project operations and ensure smooth and efficient implementation. You will work closely with project managers, the rest of the team, and stakeholders to ensure project progress according to plans. Your responsibilities include supporting project managers and project team in various projects, documenting projects, reporting, and coordinating billing, including collecting and approving completed work reports with clients, recording work and products in management systems (MCS, Microbizz), creating and maintaining customer, supplier, and product data in systems, collaborating with different locations and stakeholders, and communicating with clients regarding project-related matters. What we expect from you: Experience with management systems (and interest in developing them), service-mindedness and experience in customer service and/or administrative tasks, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively, proactive and systematic work approach, accuracy and thoroughness in financial and order management, good teamwork and collaboration skills, proficiency in Finnish; knowledge of English and Swedish is an advantage, MS Excel skills; other IT and system skills support success in the role.
