Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to manage critical projects and programs within the product and development organization at Korn Ferry Digital. As a Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally and collaboratively to ensure the seamless execution of high-impact initiatives. You will lead teams through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality software on time and on budget. Responsibilities include aligning program and project objectives with strategic business targets, defining governance structures, creating project plans, facilitating meetings, managing dependencies, and driving process improvements. The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Product, UX, TechOps, IT, Vendors, Compliance, Privacy, Legal, Support, and Delivery teams.
