We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented à la carte waiter to strengthen our restaurant team. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys customer interactions, works smoothly under pressure, and wants to be part of creating high-quality dining experiences for our guests. As an à la carte waiter, you will be responsible for customer service in the restaurant, serving dishes, and providing drink and menu recommendations. Your duties also include setting tables, maintaining cleanliness, taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen, as well as billing and payment processing. You will work closely with the kitchen and reception to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience. Responsibility as part of the job includes welcoming and serving customers warmly and professionally, giving food and drink recommendations, managing orders, collaborating with the kitchen, and minimizing waste. We expect previous experience in an à la carte restaurant, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, good Finnish and English skills (additional languages are a plus), alcohol and hygiene certificates, flexibility for evening and weekend shifts, and a valid driver’s license.
