Sales Assistant (15h/week) K-Market Iivisniemi, Espoo - Kesko Oyj - Remote - Global

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales assistant for a fixed-term contract at K-Market Iivisniemi. The contract is based on employee substitution and lasts until 31.4.2027. K-Market Iivisniemi is a versatile, active, and seasonal grocery store. The store services include also betting, parcel services from various providers, and Wolt. We work at a brisk pace but in a relaxed and fun team. Customer service and quality service are at the core of our operations. As a sales assistant, your tasks include customer service at the checkout, active sales work, building displays, ensuring shelf availability and store condition, and other store duties. We value responsibility, efficiency, and careful work attitude. Your role as a sales assistant is crucial for the success of the customer's shopping experience. We hope you have a cheerful and open customer service attitude, proactive and flexible approach, resilience under pressure, ability to work alone and in a team, eagerness to learn, at least 18 years of age, and readiness to work during all store opening hours. Finnish language skills are essential for performing the sales assistant tasks. Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory as we will train you together.
