Senior Technical Program Manager

The Nebius journey is accelerating, and we’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of GPU clusters and IT infrastructure for next-gen AI workloads. You’ll coordinate across engineering, networking, construction, and operations to deliver hyperscale infrastructure. The role involves strategy with leadership, risk management, and on-time launches across the EU footprint. Travel may be required for on-site data-center work during deployments. Responsibilities include leading new data center programs from design to handover, defining scope and schedule, translating requirements into deliverables, overseeing vendor execution, and producing program reporting. Requirements include 7+ years in technical program or project management for large IT infra deployments, strong technical background, excellent communication, and familiarity with Jira/Asana and hybrid Agile/Waterfall. Added bonus: construction project knowledge, HPC, process design, PMP/PRINCE2 certs. This is a globally-oriented role with Nebius’ international team.
