We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Global Engineering Company that delivers advanced solutions across Aerospace, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors is looking for a Recruiter to be based in Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur to work onsite (hybrid). This role requires a close partnership with stakeholders and optimizing client relationships through excellence in the recruitment process including sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, whilst becoming an expert in the market and helping guide our clients through the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle from role briefing to offer, building strong partnerships, utilizing sourcing tools, communicating effectively with clients, and providing market insights. The ideal candidate has experience in full cycle recruitment, stakeholder management skills, strong organization skills, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH.
