About the job As a System Expert in Property LOB, you will have a versatile role and will be part of a smaller specialist team under Process and Strategy. You will have a varied day, consisting of tasks within development and projects, which we prioritize in close cooperation with our stakeholders. In your role, you will have a particular focus on the technical part of process development, and the development of automatic solutions that support digital processes will be a large part of your area of responsibility. You must keep the customer journey in mind in everything you do. We find potentials and solutions and have digital teams to help us with parts of the development. One of our most important stakeholders is the Claims Center, which helps our customers when they have had a claim on buildings, contents and animals. We are looking for you with technical flair who can acquire in-depth knowledge of our system flows. You must have an analytical approach to tasks and have the courage to challenge the status quo. It is an advantage if you have an insurance background. You also have: - A strong process and system understanding - Experience with digital flows and interest in the development of e.g. Robot technology and AI solutions - Experience with project participation, preferably within processes and/or IT - Engagement and a solution-oriented drive to reach the goal - Overview with the ability to work effectively, independently and structured - Business understanding and focus on finding solutions that support our OKRs - A good ability to communicate in writing and speech in both Danish and English, as we have many stakeholders in a large Nordic organization.
