We are looking for two skilled and motivated concrete mixers for long-term employment at the Nurmijärvi factory. Our client is a Finnish family business specializing in high-quality concrete products, valuing expertise, safety, and honest work. Responsibilities include preparation and mixing of concrete masses according to production program, following recipes and quality requirements, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment, collaborating with other production departments, and working responsibly in accordance with safety and quality standards. Requirements include experience in concrete mixing or process industry, willingness to work in 2- or 3-shift rotation, precision, reliability, a safe working attitude, valid occupational safety card, and forklift or other machinery certification is an advantage. Education is not mandatory, as thorough orientation will be provided.
