Job Description
Do you have a knack for carpentry or other renovation tasks? Are you willing to take on challenges involving various small repair jobs in property yards and indoor spaces? We are seeking a property maintenance worker for full-time, permanent employment. We especially value previous experience in the field and a desire to develop your skills. We are increasingly carrying out various repair works in housing companies, and we are looking for a worker for this role. You will need: Previous experience in the field At least a B driving license Sufficient physical condition, as property maintenance work is moderately physically demanding Advantages include: Relevant education in the field Ability to operate property maintenance machinery (training available if needed) Working hours mainly between 6 am and 4 pm depending on the job, with winter snow removal also possible at night. On-call weeks approximately every six weeks. Starting from August 1, 2026, €12.59-€14.58/hour (TES salary groups 2-5), depending on skills. We operate under the collective agreement for property maintenance workers.
