We are looking for an office assistant for our service team in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Our office is located in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. The office assistant will handle internal and external customer service and take care of practical matters at the office. The work is performed at the office (no remote work available). In addition to the office assistant, the service team includes the CEO and Service Director in administrative and managerial roles, a Service Coordinator responsible for practical matters at customer sites, and another office assistant who assists weekly with practical tasks. The tasks include routine daily, weekly, and monthly duties, communication with employees and customers via phone and email, preparing feedback, managing laundry, conducting recruitment interviews, and onboarding. Tools provided include an Apple computer, iPhone, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems. Required skills include experience or interest in cleaning, teamwork, proficient computer skills, Finnish and English language skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Salary is €13.22/hour for 22.5 hours/week, starting no later than 26.8.2026. The role is part-time, with fixed workdays Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8-16.
