Job Description
We founded Holvi in 2011 in Helsinki to help small businesses with finance. We are looking for a Legal Counsel as parental leave cover until December 2027 in Berlin or Helsinki. The role involves managing contracts, owning customer terms, monitoring legal developments, preparing assessments, conducting research, advising stakeholders, and supporting dispute resolution. Candidates should have a law degree, 3+ years experience, fluency in German and English, and interest in FinTech legal frameworks like EU laws PSD2, ZAG, and GwG.
