We offer a responsible role in a growing environment and opportunities to transition to security and operational tasks within the data center later. The work is shift-based, mainly day shifts, mostly indoors at the construction site, with tasks varying by project phase. Responsibilities include access control, guiding visitors, maintaining safety and order, reporting security observations, and supporting safety tasks as needed. We offer a responsible role in a major construction project, comprehensive orientation, no prior experience required, opportunity for guard training if needed, flexible employment form (full-time, part-time, or on-call), and career opportunities after project completion. We hope you have a responsible and proactive approach, good communication and customer service skills, ability to adapt to changing situations, good Finnish and English skills, possibility to use your own car (an advantage), and previous experience or a valid guard card is a plus but not necessary.
