We are now looking for building services project managers for electrical or HVAC projects in permanent positions in Kuopio, Mikkeli, or Joensuu. The role is suitable for both early-career engineers and more experienced project managers. We will train you thoroughly, and the scope of work can be tailored to your skills and experience. You will have the support of established organizational practices, an experienced expert network, and Caverion colleagues across Finland. In your work, you will be responsible for, among other things: Planning and leading electrical or HVAC projects. Technical and financial implementation of projects. Managing schedules, materials, and procurement. Coordinating additional and change works. Supervising installation teams. You will work on diverse new build and renovation projects, such as commercial and office buildings, hospitals, data centers, and industrial sites. Projects are often large-scale and offer opportunities to develop your skills in varied environments. Your daily work will include both site and office tasks, and occasional remote work is possible. You will work at various sites across Finland, mainly in Eastern Finland. Are you a creator of a functional life? You will likely enjoy working at Caverion if you have: A suitable building services engineering degree. Previous experience as a technician is an advantage but not essential. A driver’s license, access to your own car, and readiness to travel across Finland. A determined approach to work and a desire to lead projects purposefully. Good collaboration and communication skills, and a customer-oriented working style. You can build effective cooperation with your team, clients, and other stakeholders. An independent and goal-oriented work style, with the ability to organize your own work. A security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate with their consent. What do we offer you?
