Our company also includes Butik Leivo in Karjaa and the online store Leivoshop.fi. We are now looking for a cheerful **STORE MANAGER IN LOHJA** to join our team. **Your responsibilities** - Lead the store comprehensively in daily tasks - Ensure that every customer receives first-class service and wants to return for shopping - Monitor sales figures and set sales targets. Encourage, support, and guide the team to achieve goals - Be responsible for the cleanliness, comfort, and visual appearance of the store - Track product turnover and make replenishments as needed - Oversee the implementation of campaigns in the store - Take charge of content creation for our social media channels and ensure regular updates according to set goals **We hope you have** - Previous experience in the fashion industry and personnel management - Experience in goal-oriented sales work - Excellent customer service skills - Ambition to develop in your work - Good organizational skills - An inspiring and encouraging attitude - Good stress tolerance and problem-solving skills **It would be a plus if** - You are trained as a visual merchandiser/stylist - You can serve our customers also in Swedish - You have previous experience in social media work **We offer you** - Full-time employment and motivating compensation - To lead an excellent customer service team - A work environment where you can express your ideas and influence matters.
