We are looking for a robotic welder for our client in the Pietarsaari area. In this role, you will work with an ABB welding robot in a cell and participate in manual welding as needed. The robot cell operates in shifts, so readiness for shift work is required. The work community is stable and experienced, and employees enjoy working there. If you already have experience in welding and working with robot cells and want to develop your skills in robot programming and/or design, this position offers an excellent opportunity. The duties of a robotic welder include: Operating and monitoring the welding robot cell (ABB) Manual welding alongside robot welding Positioning workpieces in jigs according to drawings Ensuring quality and finishing weld seams Collaborating with production and other staff We expect from you: Experience in welding and working with robot cells Proficiency in Swedish for robot cell operation and work guidance Ability to read drawings and good spatial awareness Ability to work carefully, efficiently, and with quality Good attitude and willingness to learn new skills Welding certifications are not required as long as you can weld properly and your work is of high quality.
