Job Description
Reporting to the Global Head of Total Reward, this role supervises Compensation & Benefits, Equity & Long Term Incentives, and International Mobility. The candidate will coordinate a direct resource and work closely with regional HR teams and Finance, ensuring consistency, governance, and harmonization of pay policies worldwide. Responsibilities include defining, implementing, and updating global Compensation & Benefits policies, supporting the construction of global reward frameworks, managing salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits plans, collaborating with Finance on budgets, ensuring international compliance, monitoring market benchmarks, and facilitating communication between headquarters and country HR. Requirements include a degree in Economics, HR Management, or related fields, at least 8 years of experience in similar roles within complex multinational headquarters, strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits systems, experience working with Finance and regional HR functions, fluent English, familiarity with global HRIS systems, and a proactive, agile, and international mindset.
