Associate Recruitment Consultant - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management and customer focus and responsiveness to remote client-facing activity. Talent Consultants are subject matter experts around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Develop and maintain knowledge of key client organizations, conduct interactions with clients, identify improvement opportunities, participate in role briefing, and contribute to sourcing strategies. Follow recruitment processes, create multi-channel sourcing strategies, build and extend client relationships, manage candidate expectations, and ensure timely feedback. Follow company policies, support data management, and participate in team activities. Requires proficiency in English, at least 3 years of recruitment experience, and strong research and communication skills.
