We are now looking for a general practitioner for elderly care in Kanta-Häme. As a GP for the elderly, you will provide patient-centered and cost-effective care for patients in the Kanta-Häme region. You will be responsible for the primary health care of the elderly in designated home care areas. Your work includes remote and on-site visits and acute phone consultations within your unit. The work is mainly remote, with on-site visits every 1-3 months. The need for elderly care doctors begins on 1.9.2026 in several areas. The patient record system used is Lifecare. Terveystalo provides the necessary devices such as a phone and computer. The daily schedule can be flexibly arranged. The work hours are weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm, part- or full-time. The role involves regular remote and on-site visits and urgent calls during weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm, with a two-hour response time.
