Job Description
Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Mechanical Construction Managers to support our clients' Data Centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the work is set to start as soon as possible. Main tasks and responsibilities include managing communication with the client, preparing method statements and risk assessments for construction activities, coordinating with the project team to schedule pipework installation, reviewing the project at handover, managing procurement of equipment and subcontractors, assisting in documenting and pricing scope changes, supporting the project schedule, ensuring sufficient labour resources, and maintaining compliance with safety and governance requirements. Requirements include relevant mechanical qualification (e.g., Engineering degree, City & Guilds, HNC/BTEC, or NVQ), experience in a similar role within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment, Data Centre project experience, good organisational, communication and time management skills, and previous experience in Data Centre projects is mandatory.
