As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders, focusing on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and identifying top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience. The Opportunity This isn't business-as-usual recruitment. You'll join a newly established Korn Ferry RPO supporting one of the world's leading media organisations, with the opportunity to: Partner with recruiters and stakeholders across ANZ Drive sourcing strategies across multiple business areas Conduct market mapping and talent identification Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles Support the design and evolution of sourcing practices from day one If you enjoy sourcing, research, and working in a fast-paced, creative environment, this role is for you. What We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist with a strong background recruiting within the media, advertising, marketing, creative, digital, or agency sectors. You'll bring: Proven sourcing experience in an RPO, agency, embedded, or in-house environment Strong knowledge of the media and advertising talent landscape Experience identifying and engaging specialist talent across creative, client services, strategy, digital, marketing, and corporate functions Strong sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping capability Effective stakeholder and recruiter collaboration skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a build-and-scale environment Why Join?
