As a Senior Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers, provide expertise as a trusted advisor, and manage sourcing, screening, assessment, and candidate marketing in a hybrid environment. Your responsibilities include developing multi-channel sourcing strategies, building talent pools, managing client relationships, optimizing recruitment processes, and leading direct sourcing efforts. Candidates should have end-to-end recruitment experience in Tech/IT, experience in APAC region hiring, client management skills, ATS operation experience, and strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
