Earthworks Worker Are you looking for a summer job where you can actually do hands-on work and see your own contribution at the construction site? A position is available in the Turku region for an earthworks worker to work alongside a excavator driver during the summer season, with work continuing until September according to the agreement. This is a practical summer job in the earthworks sector in the Turku region. In this role, you will work alongside an excavator driver on the construction site, ensuring that work progresses smoothly, safely, and accurately. The job is suitable if you enjoy working outdoors, are proactive, and have some experience in a construction environment. The use of laser measurement is an essential part of the work, so we hope you are already familiar with it. Your workday will consist of supporting and practical tasks related to earthworks as part of the construction team. The work is daytime, and the start date will be agreed separately. Your tasks may include, for example: * Working alongside an excavator driver * Shoveling and other supporting earthworks tasks * Checking levels and lines with a laser * General practical tasks on the construction site We are looking for a candidate with basic skills suitable for the role and a good work attitude. The most important thing in this role is the ability to work smoothly on-site as part of practical work. We hope you have: * Some experience in earthworks or similar construction tasks * Skills in laser measurement * A valid occupational safety card * Readiness for outdoor physical work * An energetic and responsible work attitude It is an advantage if you have previous experience working alongside an excavator driver or in different phases of earthworks.
