We are looking for a lifeguard-supervisor to join our team at Lohja Recreation Pool Neidonkeidas for full-time employment. The duties of the lifeguard-supervisor include supervising swimming, planning and guiding fitness classes in the water for different age groups. Lifeguard-supervisors will also participate in the planning and implementation of various sports events and courses. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness, order, and safety of the pool area. There is an opportunity to work as a swimming instructor, and having a swimming instructor qualification is considered an advantage. The work involves two shifts, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts, with the possibility for the employee to influence their shifts. We expect applicants to have an enthusiastic and responsible approach, good communication skills, flexibility, as well as swimming skills and confidence to operate in a pool environment. Education or experience in the sports sector, as well as current first aid training, are considered advantages. We offer a pleasant working environment where you can utilize your strengths.
