We are seeking an experienced and insightful project manager / project coordinator to organize the pre-study and development phase of a significant energy infrastructure project for our client. The role involves taking a central position in a project that creates future technology and industrial solutions by leveraging existing large-scale electrical infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to influence the development of Finland’s green transition and modern data infrastructure (including data center projects). Location can be anywhere in Finland. Responsibilities include coordinating the project's technical aspects and advancement especially in regard to electrical grid connections and high-voltage systems; evaluating and mapping utilization possibilities of current grid capacity for new energy-intensive applications; working closely with stakeholders such as the transmission system operator, authorities and technical experts; ensuring progress on the timeline and reporting results to the steering group. Requirements include practical knowledge of high-voltage systems (110 kV) and electrical grids, fluency in Finnish and English, relevant technical educational background (e.g., electrical power engineering), prior experience in design or projects, and an independent, solution-oriented working style with excellent collaboration skills.
