Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and positive HR intern to join our team. The internship offers an opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment and HR administration through practical tasks. You will be part of a supportive team that provides guidance and assistance. Job responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, onboarding employees, conducting feedback discussions, preparing job advertisements, ensuring proper use of work tools, monitoring employee employment outcomes, and committing to the company's strategy and values. Requirements include studies in HR, business administration, or related fields, good communication skills in Finnish and English, self-motivation, interest in recruitment and HR management, and courage to meet people and learn new things. Preferred qualifications include previous HR or recruitment experience, customer service experience, and fluency in HR systems. We offer practical HR experience, learning opportunities, responsible tasks, and a supportive work environment. The internship duration and start date are flexible.
