We are looking for a summer employee for our client to work in the store's operations department as part of a team ensuring customer service and smooth flow of goods at Itäkeskus. As a retail store employee, you will perform various tasks such as cashier services, maintenance and installation services, and warehouse operations. The job includes customer service, selling and displaying electronic products, handling maintenance and warranty issues, managing customer complaints, and receiving, picking, and handing over products. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining order in the warehouse, managing the flow of goods, and proper handling of recycling and returns. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys customer interactions and problem-solving. We especially value proactive and active work attitude and the ability to quickly grasp new information. We hope from applicants: Previous experience in customer service, warehouse experience is considered an advantage Ability to operate at the customer interface and good communication skills Fluent Finnish and English language skills, other languages are considered an advantage. You will work at our client’s store in Itäkeskus. Shifts may be scheduled on all days of the week within the store’s opening hours. The position is temporary until the end of summer, with the possibility of discussion about extension. The start date is flexible, around May-June.
