Store Manager Kokkolan new Biltema department store - Biltema - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Store Manager for our new department store in Kokkolan. You will be responsible for the operational management of the store, working closely with the store manager. Your duties include ensuring sufficient stock, attractive displays, and optimal staffing at all times. You will act as the immediate supervisor for the store staff and be part of the store management team. Requirements include retail education or experience in supervisory roles, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently, flexibility, and willingness to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Finnish, English, and Swedish language skills are preferred.
