Property Caretaker, Janakkala - Kiipulasäätiö - Janakkala, Finland

We are seeking to strengthen the property maintenance team at Kiipula Foundation's Janakkala location. A qualification in the field and a few years of experience in a similar role are considered an advantage. Understanding of building automation systems and the operation principles of extraction and natural gas power plants are valued. The most important qualities for the position are motivation, good manual skills, and a quick work pace. A driving license B and basic computer skills are essential. In this role, you will take on an interesting and diverse range of tasks on the Kiipula campus area in Janakkala. On-call shifts are part of this position. You will be supported by professional staff and have the opportunity to develop your professional skills and increase responsibility as your expertise grows. The employment is full-time and permanent. Start date is by agreement. Salary and other employment conditions are determined according to the private education sector collective agreement. The position has a six-month probation period. We use a leveling system, so weekly working hours may vary. Are you interested?
