Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and perform necessary measurements and mechanical installations on test engines and laboratories according to schedule
  • Ensure quality and reliability of testing activities, following industry standards and Wärtsilä guidelines, with safety as a priority
  • Collaborate to balance workload within the team

Requirements

  • Technical education (vocational school or equivalent)
  • Interest in engine technology and basic knowledge, deeper knowledge of four-stroke engines is a plus
  • Knowledge of control and measurement systems is an advantage
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience with manual and electronic tools and measurement systems
  • Ability to work independently, in teams, and in shifts
  • Good Finnish or Swedish language skills
  • Good English language skills
