Folkhälsan Welfare Ltd is seeking a nursing assistant for Silviahemmet. Silviahemmet is a small service apartment for the elderly, offering round-the-clock care. The residence is located in South Haga, Helsinki, in a natural and cozy environment. Our operations emphasize customer-centered service and good encounters. The work is three-shift and begins on 1.9.2026. The position is permanent and full-time or part-time between 80–100%, depending on your life situation. The duties include supporting the elderly in daily life according to needs and wishes, assisting with household chores, care, meals, and outdoor activities. We value ideas and interest in creating meaningful activities for the elderly. The qualification requirement is a nursing assistant degree or equivalent, such as auxiliary nurse, basic nurse, with registration in Valvira. We expect flexibility and good cooperation skills, interest in developing your work, willingness to face new challenges, and understanding of teamwork. We use RAI and Hilkka programs in client work and value knowledge and interest in these. Swedish is the working language, and good oral and written skills are required.
