Due to continued hiring momentum, we're looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based primarily in Sydney CBD (with flexibility for candidates in other locations), this hybrid role (2 days onsite per week) places you at the heart of high-volume recruitment operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do - Drive high-volume application management — efficiently processing candidate applications to keep hiring pipelines moving at pace - Deliver quality candidate screening — identifying strong talent early and providing timely, constructive feedback to candidates and recruiters alike - Champion candidate experience — ensuring every interaction is professional, responsive, and reflective of a best-in-class recruitment process - Maintain data integrity — managing candidate records and recruitment progress within the ATS with accuracy and attention to detail - Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders — supporting the team to meet critical hiring timelines and deliver great talent outcomes for our client - Uphold compliance and best practice — ensuring all recruitment activity aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements What You'll Bring - Recruitment experience — a background in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, ideally within a high-volume environment - Exceptional organisational skills — the ability to juggle multiple applications and competing priorities without missing a beat - A detail-driven mindset — structured, process-oriented, and committed to getting it right - Outstanding communication skills — a natural customer-first approach when engaging with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders - Energy and initiative — proactive, reliable, and genuinely eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced team - Financial services exposure — experience in the sector is a bonus, but not essential Why Join Us?
