Operational Excellence Engineer - Agnico Eagle Finland Oy - Kittilä, Finland

In this role, you will ensure the safety and efficiency of production at Europe's largest gold mine through continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include analyzing production processes, identifying bottlenecks and development opportunities, implementing development measures, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The position involves hands-on work in development projects, collaborating closely with various teams. The employment is permanent, primarily day shifts, mainly on-site at the Kiistala mine with remote work possible 1-2 days per week. We expect strong experience in industrial environments, practical knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement tools (certification such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus), data-driven analytical approach, active collaboration skills, higher education in a relevant field, and fluent Finnish and English skills.
