Service Supervisor for Food Industry Cleaning Pääkaupunkiseutu (Evening/Night Work) - SOL Palvelut Oy

We are looking for a sunny team member. As a service supervisor, you will act as the right hand of the service assistant manager, taking care of customers, employees, and service quality. Your tasks include organizing work, quality assurance, guiding employees, and if necessary, low-pressure washing and other cleaning tasks. Work sites include various food production facilities in Helsinki, Vantaa, Talma. The working hours are evening and night shifts; Mon-Sat from 18:00 to 06:00; variable. 37.5 hours/week. The employment begins according to agreement and is permanent. The salary is based on the property services sector collective agreement, TES, pay group 4 + additional allowances. We expect from you: Experience and suitable training in low-pressure washing in the food cleaning sector, Willingness to work at night, Good command of English. Preferred: at least basic Finnish language skills, flexibility, experience in other cleaning tasks.
