Esperi Koti Vihola offers around-the-clock assisted living and communal housing for people of all ages undergoing mental health rehabilitation in Nokia. The unit has 16 beds for 24/7 care and 30 beds for communal living, located in adjacent buildings on the same premises, facilitating residents' recovery in a familiar environment. The goal is to enable as independent a life management as possible and transition to lighter assisted living. The location is near Pyhäjärvi lake with good transport links. The team is warm and professional. The role involves managing daily operations, developing activities, collaborating with colleagues, participating in guiding and care work, supporting the community, and ensuring safe medication administration. The position requires interest and ability to develop the unit’s operations and support professional growth. The work is full-time, two-shift, permanent employment. Requirements include a social worker degree, a warm attitude, valid medication and hygiene certificates, and readiness to present a criminal record extract. Experience with mental health clients and medication skills are advantageous. Salary follows the private social services collective agreement, with a base of €2723.92–€2969.00/month plus €200/month for team leader duties.
