We are currently hiring a technical property maintenance technician for our property services in a permanent position. As a technical property maintenance technician, you will work at the customer interface handling maintenance, repairs, and servicing tasks at our customer sites. Your duties include daily property upkeep, responding to service requests, monthly testing of technical systems, and active use of building automation systems. Working hours are weekdays from 7:00 to 16:00. Our property services cover technical maintenance and repair tasks for shopping centers, hotels, and office buildings. We are responsible for ensuring the technical functionality and energy efficiency of our customer properties, as well as providing comfortable conditions for end-users. We expect the following from applicants: - Professional qualification in property maintenance or a related field - Several years of experience in similar roles - Valid safety and hot work certificates - B-class driving license - Good communication and teamwork skills - Positive customer service attitude You have good interpersonal skills and can keep things under control.
