Childcare Worker for Family Home Services (Part-time) - Humana - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking part-time childcare workers for family home services in North Karelia, especially Joensuu, Kontiolahti, Eno, Polvijärvi, Liperi, and Outokumpu. The work involves flexible, independent visits typically lasting 2-3 hours, with options for longer or shorter visits. The role includes supporting families with parenting, caring for infants and children, and assisting with small household tasks. The salary ranges from €14.82 to €16.03 per hour, depending on experience, paid according to the Private Social Services sector collective agreement. Applicants must have a basic qualification in practical nursing, be at least 18 years old, have experience working with children or families, a driver’s license, and access to a car. The role requires good communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently. A criminal record certificate and social and health care professional license are required at the start of employment.
