We are looking for a sunny Lobby Assistant with a guard card for our client company located in Espoo with good transport links. In this job, you will get to know the daily routines of several different companies, as this lobby is in a business park. In this role, you don't just receive guests; you build the atmosphere. As a Lobby Assistant, your duties include: - Receiving visitors and staff - Phone and email services - Management of meeting and office spaces and ensuring well-being - Receiving mail, packages, and shipments - Supply and service orders - Monitoring access and the main entrance - Handling maintenance and fault reports, cooperation with property maintenance and security - Acting according to the instructions of the rescue organization in emergency situations We are looking for someone who: - Radiates a genuine service attitude and enjoys meeting different people - Is precise in their work - Takes action and sees things through to the end - Operates naturally in situations that are not predictable - Is fluent in Finnish and English - Can use IT and office programs at a good basic level - Background could be from assistant work, customer service, the hotel industry, or office tasks; the most important thing is service-mindedness and the ability to create experiences A guard card is required for the job; please mention in your application if you already have one!
