In customer acquisition, we negotiate good, reasonable agreements with clients, so the work is strongly customer-focused. You do not need to be an experienced professional, but of course, you can be one! Past experience is not crucial, as we provide comprehensive training and daily coaching! Our commission model is based on a monthly salary table plus bonuses, which depend on your results! There is no cap on earnings! Top performers can occasionally earn 25-50 euros per customer service hour! Generally, hourly earnings are around 18-20 euros per customer service hour plus bonuses.
