In Finland, a new department store chain Jula will open in East Helsinki (Lantern Shopping Center) in autumn 2026. We are looking for sales associates for a 5-37.5 hours/week contract. Work will begin in autumn 2026 with comprehensive onboarding. After the onboarding period, the store construction will commence, and every employee's valuable contribution is needed. What does a Jula sales associate do? The role includes versatile tasks such as customer service, sales, cashier work, and shelf stocking. This job suits you if you enjoy active work, a brisk pace, and teamwork. Jula's product range includes a wide variety of products, allowing you to develop campaign ideas, implement product displays, and expand your product knowledge. You should be a proactive and cheerful person whose smile remains even during busy times. The department store is open every day of the week, so flexibility to work during all opening hours is required. What kind of colleague are we looking for? We seek an eager, flexible, energetic, and service-minded sales associate who wants to learn and develop in their work. The ideal candidate enjoys intensive and physical work in a changing environment. Previous retail training and/or experience, as well as product knowledge of Jula's product range, are considered an advantage.
