We are looking for an experienced construction worker for a renovation project in Säkylä for our client company. The work requires attention to detail and a professional approach. Tasks will be diverse and vary as the project progresses. Your tasks may include: Structural phase work (formwork, reinforcement work, pouring), Interior construction work (partitions, drywall, finishing work), Demolition work and general construction assistance tasks. We expect you to have previous experience with different phases of a construction site to work smoothly both independently and as part of a team. You should have an understanding of the overall construction process and readiness to engage in various work phases as the project advances. We especially value proactive and responsible work attitude, good physical condition, and ability to adapt to changing situations. Vocational training in the field is considered an advantage. Employment prerequisites include a valid occupational safety card and the ability to pass a security clearance. We offer you the opportunity to work on an interesting and demanding project, as well as to utilize and develop your professional skills. Salary is determined according to the construction sector collective agreement, considering experience, €15.56-€18.65/hour + supplements. You will also receive support from the WorkPower construction team throughout the employment period and quality workwear. Start date is negotiable, as soon as possible.
