Assistant Club Manager - SATS Group - Remote - Global

As an assistant center manager at SATS, you support the center manager in daily operations, focusing on sales, member service, and cleanliness. You ensure the center is welcoming, well-maintained, and provides the best experience for members. You are 'manager on duty' and have overall responsibility when the center manager is absent. The role involves active collaboration with the team to welcome new members, deliver excellent customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, support administrative tasks, and work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Candidates should have good communication skills, a social approach, be structured, responsible, and fluent in Norwegian and English.
