Job Description
This is where support becomes innovation. Shopify's Support Advisors build the future of AI-powered commerce by solving complex problems quickly, sharing knowledge, and leveraging AI tools. The role involves supporting merchants via chat, messaging, and phone, collaborating with peers, and continuously improving help documentation. Availability for morning shifts from 7am-11am SGT and weekend work are required. Qualifications include experience in training, technical support, troubleshooting, AI tools, and excellent communication skills.
