In the role of employment specialist, you promote the employment and integration of job seekers by providing suitable job opportunities or services that develop the job seeker's skills, work readiness, and improve their chances of employment. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of statutory customer service, assessing clients' service needs, and preparing employment plans or equivalent plans based on this. The employment specialist also facilitates matching between employers and job seekers, helping to find suitable employees and supporting recruitment processes for employer services. Tasks include responding to service quality and providing advice related to the job search process, as well as coordinating services. To perform this role, you will monitor labor market developments and workforce needs to ensure the matching of skills and employer requirements. You should be familiar with the city's, the state's, private, and third sector employment and integration services and utilize them in client guidance.
