Construction workers for Uusimaa – autumn 2026! We are now looking for active construction workers for construction projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area and elsewhere in Uusimaa for autumn 2026! If you have experience in the construction industry and a good grasp of basic site operations, you might be the person we are looking for. We offer diverse tasks in various new construction and renovation projects, where you can develop your skills as part of a professional team. Job Description You will work in varying construction tasks across the Helsinki metropolitan area and Uusimaa. Tasks are determined based on your skills and the needs of the project site. Your duties may include, for example: * Demolition work * Framework/structural work * Roofing work * Insulation work * Formwork * Installation work * General construction handyman tasks Depending on your skills and interests, you may also have the opportunity to be employed in other construction roles. Please describe your experience and the types of tasks you are particularly interested in in your application. Together, we will find the right site for you. The work is primarily gig-based, but long-term projects are often available for skilled workers. Working hours are generally weekdays 7:00–15:30. Requirements We require: * At least 1–2 years of experience in construction tasks * A brisk and proactive work ethic * A desire to produce high-quality work * Legal adulthood * Proficiency in Finnish * A valid occupational safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) Access to a private car is considered an advantage, but it is not essential for the job.
